E-Commerce and Social Media Marketing Assistant
An excellent opportunity has arisen for 2 ecommerce assistants to join a well-established Sheffield company.
The successful applicants will play an integral role in providing ecommerce sales and marketing assistance and customer service support.
You will have previous experience in a multi-faceted ecommerce role including basic website management, product listing and sales support in addition to creating copy and social media engagement.
Essential skills:
Experience with website CMS (preferably Magento) in an ecommerce environment.
Basic website management, building product listings and copywriting.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of computerised systems including CRM, Microsoft office tools, Mailchimp, Canva, and Meta Business suite.
Social media experience using Facebook and Instagram are required.
Ability to integrate into a small team and flexibility to offer support in key areas of day to day business activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and use your initiative.
The successful candidate should have 2+ year's experience in a similar role.

Related administration and customer service experience.
A flair for creativity and producing engaging content across various platforms.
Strong understanding of ecommerce sales.
Experience of working as part of a team in a busy and dynamic office environment, with the ability to keep to tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Responding to enquiries from customers, providing a high level of customer service.
Creating copy and content for various mediums. Including marketing strategies, regular blogs and email newsletters.
Inputting customer sales orders and preparation of sales reports using excel and accounting software.
Training may be given in related procedures, practices and products.
Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year (Pro-rated with flexible hours)
