Based in Chadderton, our client, a successful organisation, are seeking a Sales Ledger/Credit Control Assistant to join their team.
Your new role
Working in this busy, friendly accounts department, as the Sales Ledger/Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for the management of the Sales Ledger function, ensuring a smooth & efficient function is maintained daily. A varied role you will undertake a number of tasks which will include:-
Creating & sending out invoices
Sales ledger with statement reconciliations
Contacting customers to obtain Purchase Order numbers
Assisting resolution to customer invoice queries
Provide support with Credit Control as and when required
General adhoc finance/office support

What you'll need to succeed
Previous Sales Ledger & Credit Control experience
Experience of manually creating invoices
Proficient in the use of MS Office packages including Excel.
Excellent customer service

What you'll get in return
£25,000pa
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increases with length of service up to max 25)
Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00pm Office based
Free Parking
