The role:
- Day to day management of depot activities.
- Safe unloading, storage and loading of materials and controlling of stock.
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics Scarborough.

What you'll do:
- Receive material deliveries, book in, monitor and maintain system.
- Progress site deliveries and source urgent site requirements.
- Assist Service Coordinators with logistic requirements and dispatch of parts and materials.
- Book in site deliveries to the system and manage Proof of Deliveries.
- Accurate stock control and reporting.
- Transit van driver – ad hoc.
- Non-technical telephone queries.
- Testing of batteries returned from site as required.
- Liaise with couriers.
- Handling of waste materials from drivers and liaising with waste management companies.
- To pick, pack, load vans and dispatch goods in accordance with systems and company procedure.
- Ensure safe storage of all products in correct location and ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Carry out PAT Testing on relevant equipment.
- Keep depot areas clean and tidy.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Service Operations Manager

Qualifications;
- Forklift truck licences
Experience;
- Good communicator, a team player, flexible, conscientious, organized, articulate and methodical.
- Experienced in safe storage procedure and manual handling.
- Work in accordance with Company procedures and ensure full understanding of all risk assessments relating to job function are read and understood.
