Ashley Kate are working with a leading housing company based in Birmingham, on the look out for a HR Advisor to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract for the next 3 months initially whilst they move through a period of change.
Salary: £33,073
Full time - 30 hours a week
4 weeks Temporary basis initially
Based in Birmingham City Centre, with working from home available!
Reporting into the area HR Manager this role will suit a solid HR Advisor professional with a 2-3 years experience, this role will be first point of contact for a large headcount of colleagues on all aspects of HR and all Employee Relations issues, focussing on absence management, occupational health referrals and advising on hearings.
We are looking for someone to hit the ground running and is confident managing senior stakeholders across the business.
