Robert Half Technology are assisting a global Manufacturing organisation based in London & Cambridge to recruit a IT Support Engineer on a 12 month rolling contract
Role
- The IT Support Engineer will resolve incoming requests for technical assistance on standard, commercial and proprietary applications
- Consistent customer care, quality standards, and reporting requirements are core competencies of the position
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and fluctuations in workflow are requirements of the role
- The ability to lead by example, provide direction to junior staff, and work in a close knit team environment are all essential qualities of the role
- Complete tasks in a timely manner. Follow directions of regional team leads and manager
- White Glove service for Executives and other VIP's necessary
Profile
The IT Support Engineer will have extensive experience with:
- Windows 10
- MS Office 2010
- Active Directory
- Network or Internet connectivity troubleshooting
- VPN client management and troubleshooting
- Mobile device configuration and troubleshooting (mostly iPhone, some Androids, and tablets)
- Printer Management and Hardware troubleshooting
