Catholic Partnership Supply Service (CPSS) are looking to appoint a talented teaching assistant in the Redditch area to start September, working 5 Mornings per week + lunchtime duty (Finish time approx 1.30pm)
The job is a role requires you to work closely with the teachers in Reception to offer tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs. You must have prior experience of supporting primary age children with additional needs and have experience the early years and key stage 1 curriculum, phonics in particular. You will be flexible and able to adapt to accommodate the needs of this child
The successful candidate will be joining an experienced and welcoming team.
CPSS have an outstanding track record of helping teaching assistants launch or relaunch their careers. We work with newly qualified teaching assistants and teaching assistants in between jobs.
Qualifications we will consider:
Teaching assistant related (level 2+)
University graduates
Childcare related (level 2+)
Health and social care related (with either school experience or basic knowledge of phonics)
Unqualified teaching assistants with classroom experience
