HR Officer
Start: ASAP, August 2024
Rate: Negotiable hourly rate Inside IR35
Duration: Until November 2024 initially
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week
Location: Hertfordshire - Hybrid working
Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about providing exceptional support to our employees and colleagues to join their team.
As a solution focused HR Officer, you will be working directly with directorate teams to deliver HR interventions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others is key, along with a willingness to learn with this exciting development opportunity.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law
- Enhanced DBS
