Procurement Assistant
Derby – Hybrid working (3/4 days onsite)
Minimum 4-week Temporary rolling contract with potential to go Permanent
£25-30k (pro rata, hourly rate)

I'm supporting a client based in Derby to recruit a Procurement Assistant on an initial 4 week temporary contract, that's likely to be extended longer. You'll be responsible for supporting the procurement function with administrative and coordination duties.
Day to day you'll be:
- Raising purchase orders.
- Supporting sourcing activity.
- Managing contract database.
- Maintaining accurate data information on in-house systems.
Experience required:
- Confidence in communication and relationship building
- MS package experience – ideally including MS Excel
- Understanding of purchasing principles
