Tezlom, a reputable agency with over a decade of experience in Health and Social Care, is currently recruiting for Residential Support Workers to work with young adults in Children's Homes in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding areas.
As a Residential Support Worker, You Will:
- Assist young adults in Children's Care Homes.
- Care and attend to residents, building strong and trusting relationships.
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the highest standards of care.
- Agree to work Waking Nights and undertake regular checks as per risk assessments.

The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Be able to converse fluently in English

- Be caring and compassionate
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be able to provide two professional references
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Support Worker
- Drivers Prefered but not mandatory.
