Commercial Gas / HVAC Engineer - West Midlands

up to £40,000 + door to door travel OTE - £55,000 +

SERVICE, MAINTENANCE & INSTALLATION OF HVAC & COMMERCIAL GAS SYSTEMS

Roles and responsibilities

To service and install a variety of unvented and instantaneous water heaters, a variety of domestic and commercial boilers and hot air heaters, both direct and indirect fired. General plumbing duties. To work at Blue chip customers site maintaining a variety of water heaters, both gas and electric, replacing and installing new heaters, general maintenance of water systems, both inside and out. Carrying overhead radiant tubes and other warm air heaters.

Requirements for the role:

  • COCN1
  • ICPN1
  • TPCP1&1A
  • CIGA1
  • Gas safe would be an advantage
  • Commercial and domestic tickets
  • Hydro Carbon handling would be an advantage
  • Commercial tickets, and or f-gas and domestic tickets

Previous experience of packaged air handling units, gas heaters and general HVAC equipment, including supply and extract fans and BMS systems, ie trend, delta controls
