Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd is recruiting for an inbound Customer Service Representative for a pharmaceutical Prescritpion company based in Crawley.

This company is an independent family run business that have been providing free prescription deliveries for over 40 years. They proudly work alongside the NHS for Stoma Care, Diabetes, Bladder & Bowel Management.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for expediting outstanding purchase orders to ensure
the delivery of goods in inline with the customer expectations and operational
requirements.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  •  Liaise directly with customer service and the warehouse to confirm the delivery of goods and to update system information accordingly.
  • Accurately record all communications with suppliers into the system.
  • Amend the current system to reflect product and supplier information and inventory level changes where appropriate.
  • Liaise with customer service and the warehouse regarding delays that will impact customer orders.
  • Raise, track and expedite purchase orders.
  • Investigate slow or missing orders.
  • Investigate purchase order, invoice or delivery issues.
  • Carry out stock checks as required.
  • Managing sample request.
  • Booking in stock in the absence of the Purchasing Administrator
  • Support development of team KPIs and strategies to aid purchasing performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • A positive attitude with the ability to deliver excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and with other
  • teams throughout the business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient planning and organisational skills with a methodical and logical approach
  • Experience of ensuring quality standards are maintained
