Executive Support Assistant
Temporary, full time
Hybrid (office based 2 days/week Long Stratton)
As an experienced Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing all administrative tasks for the Executive team. This includes;
Main Duties include;
- Arranging, attending meetings, taking notes, and following up with action items.
- Prioritising messages, invites and appointments.
- Responding on behalf of the Chief Officers to enquiries received if appropriate.
- Preparing materials for meetings, including reports, agendas, and presentations.
- Proactively managing diaries and priorities, anticipating issues and managing stakeholders
- Have involvement in projects or events as directed by the Executive team or Chief Officer.
You must have previous EA/PA experience, at Executive level and strong digital (tech) ability, so that you are able to expertly navigate IT software, apps and online media.
