Adecco are seeking a dynamic and experienced Void and Repairs Manager to lead our clients voids and repairs service within the Housing department. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and resident-focused repairs and maintenance services across our clients housing stock.

- Full Time - Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
- Temporary Role - current end date of 30/09/2025 however extension is likely
- £355 per day Umbrella
- Hybrid Working - 3 days in office, remainder at home
- ASAP start
**Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Void Repairs team, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Oversee operational and financial management of term contracts for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage void budgets and ensure value for money in all service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies for preventative maintenance and emergency planning.
- Provide technical expertise and advice across the Housing department.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated service delivery.
- Monitor and report on performance (KPIs), ensuring continuous improvement.
- Manage third-party contractors and consultants to maintain habitable homes.
- Represent Housing at resident and stakeholder meetings.
**What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing a voids and repairs service.
- Strong understanding of contract procurement, planning, and delivery.
- Experience in budget planning, financial control, and cost modelling.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience working with ICT systems and performance data.
Qualifications:
- Relevant professional construction qualification or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
