The role

Working within the People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy and driving organizational performance. You will work closely with leadership and our colleague to enhance our workplace culture and ensure effective HR operations. You will partner with business leaders and managers to develop, drive and deliver People & Culture solutions. Part of the role will be to manage, drive and execute organisational change programmes to strengthen our business position.

This role will require travel tour healthcare sites based at Swindon, Redditch, Wrexham and Queenslie. Our 2 head offices are based at Warrington & Marlow-some travel to either will be required on occasion.

The person

In order to be successful in this role, you should have solid experience with the following:

People & Culture Data and Analytics:

  • Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics and trends.
  • Use data to inform and drive HR initiatives and strategies.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Workforce Planning:

  • Identify and implement strategies to address skills gaps.
  • Collaborate with divisional leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Customer Perception of Quality Support:

  • Enhance customer perception of the quality of HR support.
  • Ensure HR initiatives align with the division's business objectives.

Succession and Talent Planning:

  • Develop clear and actionable succession and talent plans for key divisional roles.
  • Ensure a pipeline of capable and ready talent to meet future needs.
  • Regularly review and update talent plans in collaboration with divisional leaders.

Quantifying People & Culture Initiatives:

  • Provide monthly update reports to the People & Culture Director.
  • Use data to demonstrate the value of HR programs and initiatives.

Operational Efficiencies:

  • Identify and implement strategies to reduce overheads and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Work towards reducing employment costs while enhancing divisional performance.

Targeted Divisional KPIs:

  • Hold division accountable for meeting targeted KPIs, including sickness, turnover, and internal development.
  • Monitor and report on divisional performance against these KPIs.
  • Implement strategies to achieve and exceed KPI targets.

Data Integrity and Process Management:

  • Ensure the integrity of organizational structure data for the division.
  • Collaborate with People Services to ensure seamless administration and compliance.
