Grafton Banks Finance are actively recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a client based in the Bexhil-on-Sea/St Leonards area. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be supporting the AP function on an initial 3-month, temporary basis.
Duties may cover:
- Processing invoices
- Preparing and running monthly payments and allocating the payments.
- Ad-hoc payments
- Liaising across the business, resolving any queries, on a day-to-day basis.
- Daily oversight of accounts payable inbox
- Supplier statements and reconciliations, processing payments and resolving any queries.
Skills/experience desired:
- Available on immediately notice, ready to start a temporary position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Desire to gain more experience within finance/accounting
- 3-12 months minimum prior experience within a finance position.
Please note this is an office-based role, so the sucessful candidate will need to be based locally and able to commute to the Bexhill/St Leonards-on-Sea area on a daily basis.
