Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have previous LSA experience and be able to support students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with a range of needs.
- Assist in the delivery of educational activities and support individual learning plans.
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
