KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives, contributing to the annual planning and budgeting process and trading activity plan.
  • Management and creation of integrated, omni-channel campaigns including offline, paid social, online and digital that excite and engage our relevant audiences, ensuring they are on brand and delivered on time, in full and within budget.
  • Generation and management of activities to support lead generation and customer growth to achieve budgeted targets and KPIs in line with business objectives.
  • Ownership of developing engaging content and collateral, ensuring it is on brand for all activities undertaken.
  • Development and management of integrated communications including PR, email and social media to inform and engage customers and potential customers and contribute to increase our share of voice and increase brand awareness.
  • Management of exhibitions and events, supporting brand awareness and ensuring our brand is represented correctly within the industry.
  • Management and delivery of internal communications, helping to keep colleagues across the business informed and engaged of marketing activity.
  • Management of day-to-day agency relationships, third parties and press partners and measurement and reporting of all marketing activities undertaken to ensure best practice.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative flare with attention to detail
  • Able to organise workload effectively and meet deadlines
  • Good working knowledge creative packages inc. Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Resourceful and able to problem solve
  • Flexible – ability to maintain effectiveness in the face of changing needs
