Our client is now looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their office in Morley. This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable mid-sized Firm and if working environment is important to you, this role would be a perfect fit.

Reports to - Head of Department
Previous experience - at least 2/3 years' Fee Earning
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Able to manage a mixed caseload unassisted
- Able to run Title checks and manage enquiries
- Drafting and amending Legal documents
- Ad-hoc duties
- Carrying out searches
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to work under pressure
- Work on own initiative
- Have at least 2/3 years' Fee Earning within Residential Property
- Excellent communication skills
