We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a comprehensive range of commercial property matters and will play a key role in the growth and development of our firm.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Manage a full range of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, landlord and tenant issues, bank funding, and pension purchases independently.
  • Ensure all matters are conducted accurately and reliably in line with the firm's quality and risk management procedures.
  • Generate fee income and maintain control over time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection.
  • Actively participate in business development and marketing activities to promote the firm.
  • Provide supervision and support to colleagues, covering for absences and holidays as needed.
  • Attend to clients in person and via telephone, delivering professional and friendly support consistent with the firm's standards for client care.
  • Prepare correspondence and manage documents through the case management system.
  • Handle filing and the management of client files in accordance with office procedures.
  • Develop new work from existing clients and actively seek new clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be an admitted solicitor with at least 5 years of PQE in commercial property law.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of case management systems and standard office applications.
  • Committed to the firm's mission statement and core values, and able to work well within a team.
