Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and effective operations of this energetic and dedicated group.
Day to day role:
- Billing and accounts administration duties for several teams and departments within the firm, including:
- Invoice preparation.
- Assignment of payments and inputting of supplier payment onto portal.
- Bank Authorisations for payments.
- Credit control and aged debtors, working with the retained team.
- Client account checks.
- Consultant invoice checks and payments.
- Compliance with SRA rules.
About you:
- You'll have prior experience within Legal Accounts as a Legal Cashier, or Accounts Assistant
- Comfortable working in a stand-alone role, making it your own and supporting busy teams.
- You'll be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Meet all tasks with enthusiasm and determination.
- Positive, friendly and a good communicator.
Wonderful large, new open offices, a short walk from Haywards Heath station.
Salary:
£28,000 - £35,000 DOE
Hours:
9am -6pm Monday – Thursday/ 9am-5pm Friday
