Juice is excited to be working with a dynamic and growing company in the high-end sector. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team.

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with 2 years of experience in a similar role who is looking for variety and growth in their career.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for general office duties, bookkeeping using Xero, and various marketing tasks, including website updates and newsletters. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

DAY TO DAY:

OFFICE DUTIES:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones and handling mail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders.
  • Booking travel for staff.
  • Checking timesheets/holiday.

BOOKKEEPING:

  • Check banking daily.
  • Upload invoices to Xero and Dext.
  • Pay invoices.
  • Monthly payroll and expenses.

MARKETING:

  • Update and maintain the company website with current information, news, and events
  • Implementing SEO updates.
  • Assist with photo and video location shoots.
  • Assist with printed media.
  • Update social media platforms.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • 2 years of office administration experience, with bookkeeping responsibilities.
  • Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation experience.
  • Ideally experience using XERO and DEXT.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Someone who has a can-do and proactive approach.
  • Experience using design software is desirable, including Canva and InDesign.
  • It is essential you have a driving license.
