You will have the opportunity to work with numerous stakeholders across the business as well as external vendors on exciting and cutting-edge technologies and play an integral part of implementing these in the day-to-day work. You will develop expertise in the digital marketing journey, with full access to our digital marketing training programme, building excellent foundations for career progression. About the opportunity: As a key member of the Customer Marketing Operations team, you'll drive dynamic multi-channel communications, spanning Email, Push, In-app messages, Inbox, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer engagement and brand loyalty by working across a variety of channels.• Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life through technical email and app communications that captivate and engage customers.• Build and test custom emails using Adobe Marketing Cloud, crafting compelling digital experiences that make a difference in our customers' journeys.• Partner with Loyalty and Data teams to continually innovate and elevate our customer communications across email and app channels, shaping the future of our customer engagement.• Collaborate with internal and external vendors to explore and test cutting-edge CRM capabilities, driving innovation in how we connect with our audience.• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering impactful results and campaigns under tight deadlines, all while contributing to a highly collaborative and supportive team.What you'll need to have: • Excellent practical knowledge of HTML and CSS.• Experience in creating responsive layouts or web design.• Comfortable using JavaScript and code editors.• A keen interest in digital marketing and marketing technology tools.
