An Ofsted "Good" Primary School in central Cambridge are on the lookout for a one to one Learning Support Assistant to join their hardworking team in September. With opportunity to make a difference, this school are open to new ideas to support with the development of each individual child. You will be supported with CPD opportunities and an SLT team who will be on hand to ensure a welcoming and bright working environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the teacher to plan exciting activities
- Provide 121 and small group support for those who are struggling
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Help manage student behaviour following school policies
- Follow EHCPs/IEPs for students
