LGS Vision Recruitment are delighted to be working with a very modern, forward-thinking firm of accountants as they search for a Client Bookkeeper to join their growing team.
Our client is based in Leigh on Sea and seeking a new member to join the team and support an existing and ever-expanding portfolio of clients with bookkeeping tasks.
This is a great opportunity will will progress into a Bookkeeping Manager position.
Role:
- Core bookkeeping maintenance on various platforms including QuickBooks/Xero/Kashflow/Sage including bank reconciliation, supplier payment run analysis with the opportunity to work towards managing some bookkeeping and management accounting clients
- Preparations of VAT and CIS returns
- Preparations of meaningful monthly management information, including the presentation of this to clients
- Direct liaising with clients in respect of their general bookkeeping affairs
- Payroll preparations (weekly and monthly) for a small handful of clients
- Data inputting including sales and purchase invoices from various digital platforms as part of the bookkeeping process
- In depth recurring work on a specific client who requires sales invoice generation and maintenance of the debtors ledger
- Preparations of summaries and analysis to aid accounts preparation and the ability to work towards preparing sets of accounts and tax returns at certain points of the year
Package:
- £28,000 - £35,000
- 20 days + bank holidays + increasing
