What you'll do:
As a Senior Financial Controller, you will play an integral role in shaping the financial future of the organisation. You will be at the forefront of key financial processes including auditing, valuations, business planning, and accounting. Your ability to liaise effectively with senior financial leadership will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the finance department. Your proactive approach will drive improvements in processes and your leadership skills will foster growth within your team. This role offers a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in key financial activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison for CFO and Finance Director, facilitating communication and coordination with senior financial leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Director to restructure operations and finance department, driving process automation.
- Oversee the implementation of external administrator outsourcing initiative.
- Lead the financial audit process for all entities within the group.
- Take full responsibility for quarterly valuations process across entire portfolio.
- Demonstrate expertise in creation, evaluation, and adjustment of comprehensive business plans.
- Manage performance attribution and gross-to-net reporting across portfolio.
- Supervise core accounting functions of Management Company Entity.
- Oversee accounting processes for subsidiary entities holding portfolios of non-performing loans.
- Manage relationship with outsourced accounting provider for Spanish entities.
