Brand new role within a fresh and exciting lending operation.
The ideal candidate will have from 18 months to 3 years experience within HR administration and be ready to step up.
The role is offered on a full time basis within very smart City offices ( close to Fenchurch street).
You will focus on existing team support ( this is not a recruiting/onboarding role).
( Brief outline of duties)
- The first point of contact in end to end People operations from onboarding, contracts, benefits and policies through to offboarding
- Act as the first line of HR advice in alignment with employment law and business processes, escalating to the HR Director as required
- Maintain systems and HR dashboards and drive greater system efficiency
- Support and spearhead wider HR projects including revamping policies, building out the performance management and talent development systems.
