This is an exciting opportunity for a 15 month fixed term contract reporting into the Supply Manager and based within our Support Office in Nottingham.
The Supply Lead manages the Designer frame inventory to ensure availability for customers whilst minimising write off costs to the business and holding suppliers to account for their performance and delivery.
About the role
Working within the Supply Team of seven people, the Supply Lead will deliver KPIs including stock-holding and service levels.
You will work closely with our supplier base, developing relationships and holding suppliers to account & managing performance to exceed targets whilst driving efficiencies.
Other responsibilities
- Work across Teams with Trading, Marketing, Finance, Operations & Retail teams to review and improve internal plans
- Build & sustain relationships with warehousing, distribution & store teams
What you'll need to have
- Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Commercially focused, with strong communication, analytical & numerical skills
- Flexible & adaptable approach to work with good prioritisation skills to effectively manage own workload
- Have a positive outlook, working effectively as part of a team & on their own initiative
- Competent with main Microsoft packages / able to learn new systems – you will need to understand a range of systems and access information from across the supply chain
