Job Title: Commercial Account Handler

About Us: My client is a thriving, independently owned commercial brokerage firm that has experienced significant growth. They pride themselves on their organic growth strategy and a team of dedicated, experienced handlers. The account handlers, handle all classes of commercial insurance, serving clients ranging from SMEs to large enterprises with GWP from £3,000 to £100,000.
Position Overview: We are seeking an additional Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team due to our continued growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced executives, build strong client relationships, and progress within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support 1 or 2 executives with their client portfolios.
- Handle all classes of commercial insurance.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong personal relationships with clients.
- Participate in client visits, especially with larger clients.
- Collaborate with team members and apprentices in the office.
- Assist in achieving business targets and maintaining high standards.
Requirements:
- Ideally between 3 to 10 years of experience in a similar commercial insurance role.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the office with 1 day per week hybrid flexibility.
- Professional approach and keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to support and mentor apprentices.

Work Hours:
