Claire's School Solutions are recruiting for nursery nurses to join our supply team based around Derby and Derbyshire. We offer day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles in part-time and full-time employment.
The successful nursery nurses will have a good knowledge of working with nursery aged children and will be able to build strong relationships with them. If you are a compassionate, approachable and friendly individual who is dedicated to the children's development, we would love to hear from you.
Working on supply, you are able to choose when and where you work. We strive to take the time to get to know you and what you want out of supply; we understand that every teacher is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. It is important to us that you enjoy the roles we put you in, so we work hard to find the right matches for both our schools and our teachers. There is no pressure from us, we will never ask you to teach year groups you are uncomfortable with or to travel too far.
It is essential to have:
- Experience working with nursery aged children.
- Have an understanding of safeguarding.
- A passion for working and supporting children's learning.
- Previous UK experience in a nursery environment.
- Strong communication skills that can be demonstrated by an ability to build relationships with other professionals.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent listening skills.
- The ability to adapt to different working environments.
