THE ROLE:
In this client-facing team, you will assist with 1st and 2nd line support and projects. This involves:
- Prioritising support tickets
- Resolve and respond to issues
- Set up new equipment
- Assist with servers, LAN/WAN, computer repairs, networks, virus protection, WiF-Fi, and more
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Solid technical background with an ability to help non-technical users
- Current IT support experience, ideally on-site
- Comfortable supporting virtualization, backups, MS Exchange, Active Directory and Office 365.
- Experience on firewalls, switches and servers
- CCNA certification an advantage.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £33,000 - £36,000, dependent on experience
