Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Business Partner, Permanent Position, £60,000 + 20% Bonus, London, Hybrid Working i.e., 2 Days per week on-site and 3 working from home, working for a Global Financial Services Organisation.

This well-respected and high growth RPO (Recruitment Process Outsource) is now looking for an Internal Recruiter / Business Partner to support one of its prime clients. The position is offered with hybrid working i.e. 2 days a week on site at the clients' offices in London and 3 days working from home.

The Internal Recruiter will play a key role in managing recruitment for 3 keys areas of the business and this will involve 3rd party agency management i.e. briefing agencies, qualification of the positions from key stakeholders, direct hiring (as best you can) and ensuring the client receives the best recruitment service on an ongoing basis.

The ideal candidate will either come from an RPO or external agency background, they will also need to be someone that can really own their workload, we are looking for someone proactive and reactive who can build great relationships with both client, candidates and 3rd party agencies.

This is a fast-paced position and therefore the successful candidate will really need to have a good level of self-sufficiency to really come in and make a positive impact.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

Forge deep connections with hiring managers, gaining profound insights into their needs to craft captivating job adverts.

Own the recruitment fort the designated area i.e. ensuring stakeholders are fully aware of what is being done/where you are with their hires/chasing for feedback etc

Drive the recruitment process from application management to candidate engagement, 3rd party agency briefings, ensuring a seamless journey for all involved.

Work closely with 3rd party agencies i.e. briefing calls, ensuring agencies don't go rogue and work with hiring managers directly.

Drive direct hiring as best you can to ensure there isn't a too much of a reliance on 3rd party agencies.

Be the engine room and ensure a seamless and positive recruitment journey for all parties involved in the recruitment process.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience in working within an RPO or external agency is an essential

Financial Services recruitment experience would be a strong advantage to the position.

Ability to forge great relationships with all levels of individuals.

Ability to source both active and passive candidates, uncovering hidden gems in the talent pool.

Communicate with finesse, both verbally and in writing, showcasing your persuasive prowess.
