Job Description: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Tutors to join our team in Gateshead. As a Tutor at Education Network, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to students up to GCSE level. You will work closely with students to support their learning needs, helping them grasp difficult concepts, improve their grades, and build a positive attitude towards education.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide personalised tutoring to students outside of formal education, focusing on subjects up to GCSE level. - Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to individual student needs. - Track and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary. - Build strong, supportive relationships with students to foster a positive learning environment. - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure alignment on student goals and progress.

Required Qualifications/Skills: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. - Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students.

Preferred Experience: - Experience working with Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students. - Proven track record of working one-on-one with students to achieve educational goals. - Ability to inspire and motivate students.
