Description

  • Handle a variety of property law cases, including commercial, residential, and agricultural matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex transactions, providing expert legal counsel.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and advice on ongoing cases.
  • Prepare and review property-related legal documents such as deeds, leases, and purchase agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
  • Ensure all case management systems are kept up to date with accurate and timely information.
  • Attend client meetings and networking events to build relationships and promote the company's legal services.

Profile

A successful English Real Estate Solicitor should:

  • Be qualified as a solicitor in E&W
  • Have proven experience handling commercial property property matter, or a seat at NQ level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
