We have a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Executive / Fee Earner to join a highly respected legal 500 firm based in the West Birmingham / Dudley area.
My client are looking for an experienced Conveyancing professional to continue their learning and development by working alongside experienced solicitors and partners, whilst taking on an existing caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
- Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of Equity
- Shared Ownership
- New Builds
- Remortgages
- Lease Extensions
My client are looking for an organised, friendly and hard working individual to take on a varied caseload of around 20-30 files per month. Qualification as a conveyancer, solicitor or executive is not necessary, all that is required is the ability to take on a caseload and willingness to learn and develop!
Salary: £28000 - £34000
