Storeperson/Supply Chain Supervisor
to join their dynamic team in Crawley.
The Role:
- Organise and optimise company stock through effective supply processes.
- Develop and implement processes for managing a high volume of suppliers and stock items.
- Create efficient and organised supply chain systems.
- Forecast future supply needs by consulting sales order books.
- Resolve inventory shortages and address any queries.
- Manage incoming goods issues, ensuring quality, quantity, documentation, and identification are accurate.
- Liaise daily with operations, sales, and project teams to align store activities with business and customer needs.
The Person:
- A strong understanding of lean practices and 5S methodologies.
- Experience with supply chain and ERP implementation.
- Proficiency in inventory control and related processes.
- Methodical and organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong numerical skills and a precise, meticulous nature.
The Package:
- Competitive salary: £32,000 - £35,000pa DOE.
- Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm
- Generous holiday allowance of 20 days per year.
