Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Macclesfield
Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate: £83 - £100 per day
About the Role:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEND
- Assist in creating inclusive learning environments
- Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
- Support students with academic and social development
- Opportunity to work in a warm and supportive school environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEND is preferred
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards diverse learning needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage in professional development
