Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve client account issues.
- Monitor and manage financial transactions and credit lines.
- Conduct credit checks and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate customer data and records.
- Prepare regular financial reports.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance team.
- Uphold financial policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer queries and disputes.
- Drive continuous improvement in credit control processes.
