Ambition are supporting an established global law firm, with their recruitment for an experienced Legal Cashier to join their dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Cashier to advance their career within a leading firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and process disbursements.
- Utilise Aderant for financial transactions and reporting.
- Reconcile client and office accounts.
- Ensure compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules.
- Handle daily banking and cash flow management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Provide support to the wider finance team as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Cashier, preferably within a law firm.
- Proficiency in using the Aderant system.
- Strong understanding of disbursements and financial transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules is highly desirable.
