Senior Campaign Marketing Manager

Copart is the global leader in online vehicle remarketing and recycling, working in partnership with many of the world's leading insurance companies, finance, banks, automotive dealers, fleet and rental car companies.

We are looking to recruit a collaborative and ROI-focused Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, based in Wootton, Bedfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Copart's ambitious marketing and external communications strategy. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role will work closely with our Sales Teams to support the retention and acquisition of new customers.

We are looking for a talented Marketing leader who has the ability and attention to detail to manage and drive multi-dimensional initiatives, the proactive curiosity to bring clarity and solutions to projects and is highly-organised to promote efficient and collaborative ways of working in the team.

At Copart we have seen large scale growth since we entered the UK market in 2007 and have exciting plans to continue to grow in both the UK and Europe, and we are looking for the right candidate to help deliver this success and grow with us.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading a team of marketers in developing cross-channel campaigns for the Copart family of brands (including Cash For Cars, U-Pull-It, and more) that drive cut-through in the market through clear positioning, engaging propositions and unique selling points that are highly relevant to our core audience; whilst ensuring that all marketing communications, both offline and online, reflect our market leading position in the industry.
  • Developing, managing and executing the Copart marketing plan in line with our long term strategy and growth targets, to increase leads and revenue for our Sales Teams.
  • Designing attractive and effective multi-channel marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions, to drive new customer acquisition and retain existing customers.
  • Developing content, communicating to external customers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc) and building constructive relationships with key contacts internally to deploy well-crafted campaigns to our audience.
  • Measuring and reporting on the success of promotional campaigns. Highly proficient in Excel to produce marketing analysis and campaign reports.
  • Owning the Portfolio & Campaign strategy from execution through to measurement, best practice content creation and amplification.
  • Driving promotion and leads generation of new product launches to support business growth.
  • Implementing Copart's brand, PR and external communications strategy for both existing and prospective customers.
  • Designing and producing effective marketing and sales collateral, to support new business activities.
  • Conducting ROI analysis on all marketing activity and adjusting strategy accordingly.
  • Working collaboratively across the organisation and promoting a one team culture.

What we need from you:

Essential

  • An experienced commercial marketer with a growth mindset and expertise in digital marketing
  • Strong and creative copywriting skills
  • A highly constructive and collaborative leadership style and a team player
  • Very organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to efficiently manage and lead multi-dimensional projects and initiatives to meet deadlines
  • A confident communicator who will network and develop strong and productive business relationships with our suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in executing integrated promotional, direct marketing, and advertising campaigns
  • Able to manage a demanding schedule and deliver multiple marketing projects to deadline
  • Experienced in using CRM / email platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience of demand creation and contact acquisition campaigns
  • A good understanding and experience in digital media and brand management
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and in producing strategic presentations to senior management
  • A Marketing/Business degree, qualification or CIM

Desirable

  • Experience of the automotive sector is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of website CMS systems
  • HTML coding experience
