We are recruiting for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents while ensuring smooth tenancy processes. This role is key in managing enquiries, coordinating viewings, and assisting with tenancy renewals.
Please note that this role is a temporary position converting to a permanent role.
Salary: £25k plus bonus / circa £13ph plus hols
Location: Crawley
Days / hours: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm office based (possibility of hybrid working after successful probation)
Customer Service Advisor duties:
- Deliver outstanding service to all prospective residents through telephone, email, and website enquiries, providing relevant information
- Book and schedule apartment viewings with on-site teams
- Keep property listings updated on platforms like Rightmove to ensure accurate information and availability
- General administrative tasks
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
- Experience working in call centre / administrative role
- Great telephone manner
- Real people person
- Computer literate
