Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Invoice Processor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to validate and process invoices related to a diverse portfolio, enabling maximum operational cost savings.This role is a permanent position and offers a salary of £23400.

What you'll do:

As an Invoice Processor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our client's portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be validating and processing invoices while ensuring maximum operational cost savings. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks or quality issues and escalating them appropriately. Your ability to establish professional relationships will be key in liaising with various stakeholders including suppliers, managing agents, and other third parties. Your proactive approach will be instrumental in supporting tenant recharge calculations, resolving invoice queries, providing support to your team members, and collaborating effectively with other departments.

  • Validate and process all invoices related to the client's portfolio
  • Instruct subtenant recharges where applicable, relating to the operational costs of the properties
  • Identify quality issues and risks on a day-to-day basis and escalate them appropriately
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal clients, colleagues, and management
  • Support appropriate tenant recharge calculations on time and in line with supporting legal documentation
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries
  • Provide advice/support to other team members to ensure adherence to procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Data, AP, AR, Estate Management

  • Minimum of 12 months work experience in a similar role

  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment
