Description

  • Conduct regular internal audits in line with the annual plan.
  • Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
  • Coordinate with co source partners, managing audits end-to-end.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management and control processes.
  • Report findings and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions.
  • Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector's regulations, best practices and performance standards.

Profile

A successful Group Internal Audit Manager should have:

  • Professional certification (e.g. CIA, ACA, ACCA).
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Sound independent judgement.
