Location - Reading area

Package - £37,860 - £43,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

What will you be responsible for?

  • The production of a balanced, achievable and optimised maintenance plan to the maintenance manager
  • Producing and analysing maintenance data from AMS to inform and present to Maintenance Manager, Planning Manager and other identified stakeholders of performance by managing, monitoring and reporting on all activities which could have an adverse effect on the successful delivery of the plan
  • Ensuring baseline asset data is maintained and configured by using the ACR process
  • Ensuring reasons for waiving, re-scheduling or deferring maintenance are valid and appropriately authorised
  • Identifying opportunities and carry out PPM optimisation to increase resource utilisation and plant availability
  • Establishing and maintaining effective and respectful working relationships with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
  • Highlighting key business performance, risks, issues and opportunities to line management
  • Providing training and guidance to Scheduler and less experienced colleagues in their area

What will you need to be considered?

  • Experience of using project control methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Previously worked in an engineering or maintenance environment
  • Conversant in using asset management and planning systems
  • Computer literate and conversant in MS Office packages
  • Strong planning and organisation skills

Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
