Key Responsibilities
- Qualify applicants and match them with suitable properties
- Proactively generate opportunities through high-volume calls
- Cross-sell between branches and New Homes offerings
- Collaborate with the team to meet targets
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- 2 years' proven experience in residential sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the West London property market
- Proactive and target-driven mindset
- Understanding of the sales process and legislation
- Dedication to exceeding client expectations
- Valid driving license

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm
- Friday: 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (1 in 3)
