Day-to-day of the role:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including purchases, sales, and remortgages.
  • Assisting with property-related transactions and commercial leases.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documentation related to conveyancing.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
  • Utilising technology to manage cases efficiently and communicate effectively with clients across Scotland.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a paralegal, specifically within residential conveyancing.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
