This is a perfect opportunity for a reliable individual to work for a fantastic charity called FiND based in Cottingham. Working within a small, friendly and caring team, they are looking for some temporary help in an administrative / PA based capacity to work alongside and support the Director of Services.
The role of Administrator requires confidentiality, organisational skills and attention to detail and includes the following:
- Being the point of call with external Accountants re-salary processing, sales & purchase invoices
- Dealing with banking procedures including reconciliation of bank statements & making all manual bank payments
- Using various IT systems for processing invoices and monitoring payments (training will be given)
- Responsibility for archiving and getting rid of confidential waste
- Gathering relevant info. for review and renewal of Contracts
- Drafting letters and general documents, HR administration & providing general support to the Director
The successful Temporary Administrator will have;
- Strong organisational skills & be familiar with all the most common software applications (particularly excel)
- Attention to detail, finance/general office management or PA background and an understanding of HR functions would be helpful.
- Highly trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
