Our Global CEO is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Intern-Assistant to join the executive office. You'll sit at the centre of strategy, investor relations, product decisions and daily operations—an unrivalled vantage point for anyone who wants to learn how a high-growth tech company is built from the inside.
What You'll Do
50 %Strategic & Analytical Support• Compile market, competitor and investor research briefs before board or media meetings.• Build quick-turn slide decks and dashboards (Excel / Power BI / Google Data Studio).• Draft talking points for keynote speeches, podcast appearances and investor calls.
30 %Operational & Project Management• Track action items from C-suite meetings, chase owners, and update the CEO daily.• Shadow product-roadmap sessions; summarise decisions for tech and design teams.• Coordinate time-zones, travel and agendas across New York, London and Singapore offices.
20 %External Liaison• Act as first-line contact for VIP investors, enterprise clients and conference organisers.• Manage NDA flow and data-room permissions during fundraising and M&A activity.• Represent the CEO at internal town-halls when travel or time-zones clash.
You'll Excel Here If You...
- Are in your final year of a bachelor's / master's in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar.
- Love turning messy information into crisp slides, FAQs and one-page memos.
- Write flawless business English.
- Can juggle deadlines in multiple time-zones without dropping the ball.
- Geek out on HR-tech, SaaS metrics, startups and the future of work.
- Are eligible to work in the UK or already hold a Tier 5/Graduate visa.
