We have a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a thriving and busy department, to assist and learn from an experienced team of Solicitors in the heart of Worcester.
Our client is looking for a hard-working, organized and highly motivated individual to assist the highly rated Residential Conveyancing team with an existing and constantly expanding caseload.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Provide administrative support to lawyers in the department
- Communicate effectively with clients, brokers and agents
- Issue draft contracts
- Submit AP1's and deal with requisitions from the Land Registry
- Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
- Monitor the organisation of files from opening to closing and archiving of matters
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and organised individual looking for progression opportunities in Conveyancing and have excellent attention to detail.
Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
