We are currently looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our educational team. The role is based in Walton-on-Thames and offers a competitive salary ranging from £21,466 to £23,554 per annum, depending on your experience. Day to Day of the Role:
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide cover for absent teachers, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task.
- Support students with their academic progress and learning activities.
- Utilise a range of educational resources to enhance the learning experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in classroom management, either as an unqualified teacher or cover supervisor.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available for this role).
- Strong academic background and skills.
- Willingness to obtain a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or already possess a DBS on the update service.
