As Operations Manager / General Manager, you'll enjoy autonomy, managing and motivating a team of Project / Operations Managers, and Site Crews whilst driving strategic decisions which positively influence the P&L.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a management/leadership role overseeing a P&L.
- Experience in developing strategic / business plans.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisation and leadership skills
- Previous experience within events / event logistics would be an advantage.
Other Information
- A basic salary of up to 65k + bonus
- Company car or cash allowance on passing the probationary period
- 40hrs per week – Monday to Friday (8 – 5pm)
